POSkeep is a marketplace with a point-of-sale (POS) system designed to help vendors and mom-and-pop shops thrive. POSkeep is an all-in-one service that allows businesses to accept credit card payments in-store, online, or over the phone and comes with a free website, inventory management, statistics, analytics, and digital marketing tools.

The POSKeep platform consolidates a lot of different kinds of data—analytics, tracking, and so on—into one place.
The client
The creators of POSkeep, small business owner and software developer, required assistance with the product’s user experience and user interface. The client sought to improve the customer experience design by streamlining features for higher engagement, building on the original concept of being a full-fledged solution for standalone businesses.
Our mission
Transforming page by page of the built platform, we committed to optimizing all pages in responsive designs, defining style guides and fonts, and offering several renderings to provide their users with the best possible experience.
Login process
We streamlined the sign-in procedure based on statistics and an examination of the competition so that we could onboard new vendors more quickly and simply.
API-enabled connections through personal email, Google, or Facebook are available for all individuals, small businesses, or customers.
Website
To create a user-friendly experience at the marketplace’s front end, we implemented a WYSIWYG editor enabling users to quickly and easily update their free, custom-designed websites, complete with hover animation.
Creating a design system
Drawing inspiration from the POSkeep logo, we developed a dynamic style guide to help them stand out from the crowd.

Departing from the original drop-down menu, we designed multi-subscribe affordable alternatives for companies, offering monthly and yearly payments.
Appointments
In addition to designing a multi-faceted appointment system that can be viewed by both businesses and customers, we also constructed extra loyalty programs and stored payment choices.
Profile
Products
Business suppliers have the ability to submit products and make any necessary edits to sizing when using their individualized free web shops.
Transaction
Both the customers and the sellers can monitor and review any and all transactions, both from the past and from the present.
Payments
Purchases can be made while keeping track of payments in an organized system. The whole card cannot be viewed by merchants, but customers have the ability to make changes at any moment.

In order to facilitate simple checkout, a bespoke checkout system was designed.
