12 hours of Preliminary Design Concepts (created off – site) for each space which will include:
- - Drafted Floor Plan
  - Space Plan Options recommendations Furniture, Finishes, materials and lighting
  - Colour Scheme for all spaces
  - A Design Concept for your Space
  - Preliminary Cost Estimates
2 hours design consultation where we will discuss with you our recommendation, provide options, and finalize with you the design plan.
2 hours adjustments to existing proposal. Discuss changes, new options and to provide you with a final list of our recommendations and purchasing list.

3 hour Visit where we gather information about your lifestyle, taste, wants, desires, needs, including taking photos and measurements as needed, and an inventory of items that you are keeping or wanting to re-purpose, re-use or recycle.
20 hours of Preliminary Design Concepts (created off- site) for each space which will include:
- - Drafted Floor Plan
  - Space Plan Options Furniture, Finishes, materials and lighting recommendations
  - Colour Scheme for all spaces
  - A Design Concept for your Space
  - Preliminary Cost Estimates
  - 3D model of space
2 hours of in-home (or business) design consultation where we will discuss with you our recommendations, provide options, and finalize with you the design plan.
